Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 (or the age of consent in your region) and legally able to enter a contract. You’re responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your password and keeping your details accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity.

Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Fees, taxes, and any payment-gateway charges are shown at checkout. Access begins once payment is confirmed.
Refunds (self-paced courses): request within 7 days of purchase and if course progress is <10%.
Non-refundable items: live/bootcamp sessions after they start, exam vouchers, downloadable resources, completed projects, and certificates.
If a course is cancelled by Skilltantra, you’ll receive a full refund or equivalent credit.

Course Access & License

When you enroll, you get a personal license to view the content via our platform for the stated access period (lifetime access where mentioned). You may not share accounts, copy, record, mirror, sell, or make derivative works from the content without written permission. We may use reasonable technical measures to protect our IP.

User Conduct & Community

Be respectful and lawful. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; do not cheat on assessments; do not attempt to bypass security, scrape content, or disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All course videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by Skilltantra or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact legal@skilltantra.com with details of the work and the alleged infringement.

Certificates & Outcomes

Certificates indicate completion or achievement within a course. They are not academic degrees, professional licenses, or job guarantees. Employers determine recognition independently.

Third-Party Tools & Links

We may reference or integrate third-party services (e.g., Zoom, GitHub, cloud providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content.

Privacy & Cookies

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (including cookies and similar technologies). Where required, you may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion, or objection by contacting us.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilltantra’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to Skilltantra in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skilltantra and its affiliates from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose security risks, or cause harm to the platform or other users. Certain sections (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
