Refund Policy

Thanks for learning with Skilltantra. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. This page explains when and how refunds work across our products.

Quick summary

Self-paced courses: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if progress is under 10%.
Live classes/bootcamps: 100% refund up to 72 hours before the first live session; after that, recordings and materials are provided but fees are non-refundable.
Bundles: Refunds follow the rules of each included item. If any course in the bundle exceeds the usage limit, the bundle refund may be prorated or declined.
Subscriptions (monthly/annual): Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Fees already paid aren’t refundable once the billing period has started.
Exam vouchers, downloadable files, and printed materials: Non-refundable once issued or downloaded.
Processing time: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (your bank may take longer).

Eligibility & conditions

To qualify for a refund you must:

Submit your request within the applicable window (see above).
Have <10% course progress for self-paced programs (video watch time, quizzes, labs).
Use your own account (we can’t process refunds for shared, resold, or gifted logins without proof of purchase).
Not have downloaded a substantial portion of protected materials (templates, datasets, slide decks) where prohibited.

We may deny refund requests in cases of abuse, excessive refunds, policy violations, or suspected fraud.

What’s not refundable

Missed live classes or failure to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts.
Completed courses, issued certificates, or >10% progress in self-paced programs.
Exam vouchers, coupon codes, and third-party licenses once generated.
Services already delivered (mentoring hours, 1:1 reviews, project grading).
Purchases made through resellers/marketplaces — please contact the seller directly.

How to request a refund

Email support@skilltantra.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
Include: full name, registered email, course/bundle name, purchase date, payment receipt, and a brief reason.
We’ll confirm eligibility within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

If you were charged twice or see an unauthorized charge, contact us within 3 days so we can investigate and reverse duplicates.

Live classes & bootcamps (details)

100% refund up to 72 hours before the first live session.
Within 72 hours of start or after the cohort begins, fees are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, we’ll try to defer you to a future batch (subject to availability).
If Skilltantra cancels a cohort, you’ll receive a full refund or equivalent credit—your choice.

Bundles & combos

If no item in the bundle exceeds the usage limit, you can receive a full bundle refund within the 7-day window.
If some items exceed the limit, we may prorate by deducting the list price of consumed items, then refund the remainder.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewals; we don’t prorate or refund the current period.
Trial offers renew automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Price adjustments & coupons

Prices change over time. Past purchases aren’t eligible for retroactive discounts. Coupons can’t be stacked unless explicitly allowed.

Platform issues & quality guarantee

If you experience broken content, access problems, or technical errors that prevent learning, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll fix the issue, extend access, or provide a refund if we can’t resolve it promptly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Unresolved disputes initiated as chargebacks may result in account suspension while the payment provider investigates.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
