Your SSM Success Roadmap
Start with the Lean-Agile mindset and the Scrum Master’s purpose in SAFe. Practice the core team events (planning, daily, review, retro) and Kanban for teams to visualize work, limit WIP, and measure flow. Step up to PI Planning and ART syncs (Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync) to coordinate dependencies. Build built-in quality with clear DoR/DoD and pairing with Architecture & QA. Finish with Inspect & Adapt problem solving, a practical coaching toolkit, and a clear exam strategy.
