Six Sigma Green (Green Belt)

Drive measurable quality improvements with the DMAIC methodology and data-driven decision making. Learn the statistics behind process variation, validate measurement systems, find true root causes, and lock in gains with control plans and SPC.

Your Six Sigma Success Roadmap

You’ll start by defining a high-value problem with a clear business case and CTQs. In Measure, you’ll design a rigorous data collection plan, validate your gauges with MSA/Gage R&R, and baseline performance (DPMO, Yield, Sigma Level). In Analyze, you’ll use exploratory graphics and inferential statistics—Pareto, cause-and-effect, hypothesis tests, correlation/regression—to isolate what truly drives the defect. In Improve, you’ll pilot fixes using screening experiments (DOE), optimize key factors, and quantify uplift. Finally, in Control, you’ll create reaction plans and SPC charts so improvements hold under real-world noise.

Who Should Attend

Quality analysts, process engineers, team leads, ops/service professionals, and career switchers who need practical, statistics-driven problem solving to deliver measurable results.

Prerequisites

Comfort with Excel basics. Prior exposure to statistics helps but isn’t required—fundamentals are taught from the DMAIC perspective. Access to Minitab (trial is fine) recommended.

Drive Process Excellence and Boost Organizational Performance

Master the methodologies, tools, and strategies of Six Sigma to identify, analyze, and solve quality problems in your organization.

The Six Sigma Green Belt course transformed how I approach problem-solving. The real-world examples made the concepts crystal clear, and I now apply these techniques daily at work.
