- Event Registration: If you registered for an event (e.g., a workshop, webinar, or live session) and wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 7 days before the event starts for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing the services (e.g., courses, virtual labs), we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the 14-day refund period has passed.
- If you have accessed more than 50% of the course or training materials.
- For any purchases made through third-party platforms (such as an app store) unless otherwise specified by that platform.
- If you have participated in a challenge or competition hosted on our platform.
3. Refund Process

- Review: We will review your request and determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund.

- Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
